All orders within the US are shipped via USPS Parcel Post which can take up to a week for delivery. USPS Global Priority is used for International orders. USPS Priority and USPS Express may be selected as your preferred Shipping Method during check out. Tracking numbers are provided for all domestic orders and we do our best to have all orders shipped within two business days. Please allow 5-7 business days for standard delivery of your items.
The billing and shipping address must be the same address for all international orders. We cannot ship to a separate shipping address, only to the address that your credit card bill is mailed to. If tracking of the package is necessary, be sure to select Global Express as your preferred Shipping Method during checkout. Please note that all international shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
We feel its very important that the product you receive is both good quality and fits correctly. If for any reason the item you ordered does not meet your expectations, you can return said item for a refund or exchange.
But there are a couple of rules that we need to you follow:
- Returns must be made within three weeks (21 days) from the day the package is delivered.
- The items must be returned in new condition. That means shoes must not be worn, still have the hang-tags and have been tried on indoors. Please ship all items back using an outer shipping box so the returned items are not damaged during shipping. If it's obvious that they have been used,you will not be granted a refund.
- Please include a copy of your invoice and note with the return stating if you would like a refund or an exchange. If you do not still have the invoice, please include your e-mail address and phone number.
- The buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees unless it was a mistake on our part (wrong size, color, item, etc.).
- The Vegan Collection will cover the shipping cost of first exchanges back to you for domestic (United States) exchanges. Unfortunately, we cannot offer free exchange shipping to our international customers.
We will do our best to process your return as quickly as possible, but please allow up to two weeks for your refund to be credited.
